The Role
As a Senior Producer in Experience Design at Nexus Studios, you will manage the production of innovative interactive and immersive projects. You will oversee the creative process from inception to final delivery, ensuring the highest standards of quality and creativity. You will balance multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and coordinate with creative teams, departments, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional experiences.
Responsibilities
- Project Management
- Oversee production schedules and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop project scopes, specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate with technical and design teams for seamless execution.
- Act as primary point of contact, maintaining direct communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report financial status to senior management.
- Assist in developing best practices for production processes and workflows.
- Creative Collaboration
- Work alongside creative directors and designers to support the vision for interactive experiences.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate innovative ideas.
- Risk Management
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations relevant to each project.
- Team Collaboration
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
- Mentor and support junior production staff, encouraging professional growth and development.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a producer in the film, animation, or interactive media industry.
- Strong understanding of immersive technologies and experience design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and creative thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
