As a Junior Recruiter / Coordinator, you will help keep recruitment processes running smoothly, contribute to a positive candidate journey, and work closely with hiring partners and cross-functional teams to support talent operations from first contact through to onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling across multiple open roles.
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking records and ensure timely candidate communication.
  • Assist with onboarding coordination and offer process documentation for new hires.

Requirements

  • Experience with recruitment administration, including coordinating hiring processes and keeping activity well organized.
  • Experience supporting onboarding processes and helping new hires move smoothly through joining formalities.
  • Experience preparing offer documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Experience communicating clearly with candidates, hiring teams, and wider cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
  • In-house recruiting experience is a plus.
