Nexus Security Solutions Limited is an electronic security integrator based in Amersham, Buckinghamshire on the outskirts of London, specialising in the design, supply, installation, integration and maintenance of access control, CCTV, intruder detection, and other security systems.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for an experienced Security Systems Project Manager specialising in the delivery of electronic security projects. The role includes full responsibility for project planning, budgets, management, progress tracking and client communications to ensure successful delivery and projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Qualifications
• Previous security systems engineering experience is desirable
• Able to manage and coordinate engineers/ team of engineers as necessary
• Knowledge in the Installations of Access Control, CCTV, and Intruder Alarm systems
• Ability to compile all O&M information for handover including certification documentation
• Knowledge of Data Protection Regulations and efficient storage of customer data and paperwork.
- Have a good understanding of Health & Safety requirements in the workplace including the compiling of method statements, risk assessments and safe working procedures
• Experience of ordering equipment and labour requirements as detailed in project plans
• Supervision of all associated works and staffing on projects
• Able to plan and conduct site visits as appropriate to ensure smooth project running and customer satisfaction
• Able to critically evaluate projects both before during and after making appropriate recommendations to senior management

- Effective Communication and Training abilities
- Proven experience in Project Management
- Familiarity with security systems and technologies
- Certifications in relevant security systems (e.g., Gallagher, C-Cure Lenel S2, Milestone, Avigilon)
- Previous experience in the electronic security industry
