ll be involved in the manufacture of both batch and one-off components using a combination of CNC and conventional machine tools. This is a hands-on machining role and is not suitable for programming or operator-only candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC and manual milling machines, lathes, turning and drilling equipment
- Manufacture precision components from engineering drawings
- Produce both batch work and bespoke one-off components
- Maintain high quality standards and attention to detail
- Work independently and collaboratively within the workshop team
- Comply with all Health and Safety regulations
Looking For
- Time-served machinist (essential)
- Previous experience in a similar engineering environment
- Competent using both CNC and conventional machine tools
- Ability to accurately interpret engineering drawings
