Nexus Recruitment are seeking a Senior Block Property Manager for a growing managing agent in South-East London. My client is award-winning and well respected within the market. They manage a variety of stock which spans from London across to Essex and down to the south coast. This is a client facing role and you will be a leading example for the brand. This position has come about due to a period of growth due to word of mouth and there are strong plans in place, so the opportunities to take on more responsibility are already in the pipeline.
Core responsibilities:
- Management of a portfolio, circa 300 units
- Regular site inspections
- Set & manage service charge budgets as well as year-end accounts
- Where required, carry out Section 20 major works from start to finish
- Oversee contractors, ensuring they have the correct permits for work
- Ensuring your portfolio is compliant with current leasehold legislation
- Build a cohesive relationship with all key stakeholders
- Manage your portfolio with a customer led approach
- Support more junior team members, providing advice where required
