Nexus Recruitment are working with a boutique managing agent in the heart of London who are looking for a Senior Block Manager to join the team. Our client is known for their expertise in high-end management and prestigious new-build sites, and they are looking for someone to take on a prime portfolio in central London. A vibrant team culture and a genuine desire from management for the team to expand their skill set, you will have a lot of opportunity to develop into further areas of the business long-term.
Core duties of the role:
- Management of your portfolio, including regular site inspections
- Set and manage the service charge budgets for your portfolio as well as year-end accounts
- Liaise with key stakeholders, building a valuable rapport
- Oversee contractors, ensuring they have the correct permits to work
- Manage a handful of on-site staff, including concierge and maintenance staff
- Ensure your portfolio is continuously compliant and up to date with relevant leasehold legalities and fire regulations

This position is a hybrid role with 2 days working from home and the remainder in the office, or on site visits.
