Block Property Manager – Victoria – £45k Nexus Recruitment have been instructed but an established, boutique property management firm based in London Victoria. Our client is looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee a luxury portfolio in and around Kensington, Mayfair and Victoria. Core responsibilities: Day to day management of a medium sized portfolio no larger than 500 units in Central London, conducting regular site visits and meeting with clients Managing all section 20 major works for your portfolio, with support from the Senior PMs and Directors in the business Setting and managing service charge budgets, some with multiple schedules Liaising with leaseholders, ensuring all queries and issues are dealt with quickly Chairing AGMs Indirect management of an APM supporting you This is an excellent opportunity to join a business with a fantastic reputation in the sector, and the opportunity to manage a luxury, sough after portfolio.
