Our work has received accolades from BAFTA, Emmy, Grammy, Annie and Academy Awards, Cannes Grand Prix and we were the most awarded UK production company at Cannes Lions in 2022. We work with the world’s leading cultural brands and have a deep rooted history in innovation, XR and crafted storytelling.
We’re hiring a Senior Copywriter to help define and implement the voice of a new brand, across product and marketing. You’ll be responsible for writing everything from UX copy and feature naming to campaign headlines and scripts. Strong conceptual thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential.
You’ll be defining how the brand speaks across every surface—from campaigns and storytelling to interface and UX writing, so your words will move between big emotional ideas and precise, in-product guidance that helps people understand what we stand for and how to engage with us.
You’ll work closely with designers, strategists, and product thinkers to build a cohesive, human, and original voice system. One that can stretch, provoke, delight, and explain—without ever losing its center.
Experience writing for tech, sports, or media brands is a plus.
What you’ll do:
- Define and evolve the brand voice, writing across motion, product, campaign, and experiential surfaces.
- Partner with product teams to write UX/UI copy that feels seamless and thoughtful.
- Collaborate with motion and brand designers to bring concepts to life.
- Lead the development of voice guidelines and tone systems.
- Turn research and strategic thinking into clear, impactful storytelling.
- Write scripts, taglines, manifestos, microcopy—and know how to shift between them.
- Contribute to naming, messaging architecture, and copy systems when needed.
You bring:
- 5–8 years of experience writing for design-forward brands or studios.
- Strong portfolio that shows range, craft, and original thinking across brand and product work.
- Experience collaborating with designers and motion teams to build unified creative systems.
- Sensitivity to tone, rhythm, and meaning in both short- and long-form writing.
- Curiosity about culture, technology, and how people relate to the things they use every day.
Nice to have:
- Experience in motion, product, or spatial storytelling environments.
- Familiarity with writing for interfaces, onboarding, and in-product flows.
- Confidence presenting your work and articulating creative decisions.
- Comfort editing, refining, and pushing language until it feels inevitable.
This is a Nexus-led role, embedded in a highly collaborative, partner-facing development environment. You’ll help shape the way fans experience sports in XR—from how they press play to how they control, explore, and feel part of the action.
If you\’re excited about building the future of fan engagement through smart, human-centered design—we’d love to talk.
