We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Technical Delivery Director to oversee day-to-day technical operations and coordinate feature development of a live, multi-platform XR project. The role combines program management, cross-functional coordination and hands-on technical contribution.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience managing parallel workstreams, identifying cross-dependencies and risks and planning technical requirements.
- Experience managing fast-moving operations, coordinating stakeholders, responding to partner needs and improving processes.
- Strong technical fluency in building scalable interactive content, with the ability to contribute robust technical solutions where needed.
- Excellent leadership skills, able to proactively drive teams towards solutions, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and capable of bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Solid commercial Unity3D, C#, graphics and animation programming experience.
- Native application development (Android + iOS).
- Programming for Augmented and Virtual Reality.
The role responsibilities will include:
- Working with the leadership team to align on goals, scope, priorities, and roadmap across workstreams as well as identify and manage project risks.
- Be client-facing, communicating plans, ensuring delivery with external stakeholders and coordinating accordingly with internal cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with the technical team to formulate, design and implement technical solutions to overcome dependencies and blockers, contributing code where needed.
- Help refine and optimise operational processes to improve monitoring, escalations and urgent issues.
- Coordinate with the project technical leadership to uphold cross-compatibility.
- Lead and mentor technical teams to foster accountability and pro-active problem-solving.
