Nexus People are looking for Warehouse Order Pickers in Hams Hall to work for our client, who is the nation’s best-loved supermarket! This is a temp to perm role for the right people, and offers some excellent benefits, exciting career progression and fantastic opportunities.

Working in the chilled department, it is a chilly affair, but you will be given plenty of PPE and warm clothing when you start. Coupled with the fact you will be on your feet all day moving about picking and packing, there is plenty to do to keep you warm in the 0-4 degree temperatures.

  • Working in the chill department (temperatures remain at between 0 and 4 degrees)
  • Picking and packing items across the warehouse
  • Packing cages & pallets with picked items
  • Use of LLOP and PPT equipment
  • Use of hand scanner technology
  • Manual handling - some heavy lifting may be required
  • Keeping the warehouse tidy as you go

Warehouse Working Hours:

  • 5 from 7 day working
  • Weekend working required (every other weekend)
  • Additional shifts/overtime available
