About the role

Nexus People are looking for Warehouse Operatives in Stafford to work with our client, a well‑known distribution & logistics company partnering with a retailer of trade tools, accessories, and hardware products. The role offers the opportunity to upskill in material handling equipment (MHE) with potential training up to FLT Reach and Counterbalance tickets (not guaranteed).

  • Loading and unloading pallets, manual handling required

  • First 4 weeks: familiarisation period with full training, KPI and target explanation; expected to hit targets and show improvement, 100% competency not required first week

About you

Previous warehouse experience essential and LLOP training required. Looking for individuals seeking a long‑term position, job security, and potential development within the role.
