Nexus People are looking for Warehouse Operatives in Stafford to work with our client, a well-known distribution & logistics company partnering with a retailer of trade tools, accessories, and hardware products. The role offers the opportunity to upskill in material handling equipment (MHE) with potential training up to FLT Reach and Counterbalance tickets (not guaranteed).

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Picking & packing orders in a warehouse environment, using a hand scanner
  • Loading and unloading pallets, manual handling required
  • Maintaining a clean & tidy workplace
  • Other duties as needed; flexible and willingness to learn new skills
  • First 4 weeks: familiarisation period with full training, KPI and target explanation; expected to hit targets and show improvement, 100% competency not required first week

About you

Previous warehouse experience essential and LLOP training required. Looking for individuals seeking a long-term position, job security, and potential development within the role. Must be a UK resident and able to travel to the site for your shift. We cannot assist with visa applications or relocation.
