The role offers the opportunity to upskill in material handling equipment (MHE) with potential training up to FLT Reach and Counterbalance tickets (not guaranteed).

- First 4 weeks: familiarisation period with full training, KPI and target explanation; expected to hit targets and show improvement, 100% competency not required first week
