About the Role

You dont need previous experience just the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and a team-player mindset. Whilst learning on the job, you will be completing a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.
What Youll Be Doing
- Handling inbound telephone calls as the first point of contact
- Online geographical mapping across the UK
- Making sales calls
- Making outbound calls and interviewing candidates
- Liaising with clients and candidates
- Organising site tours
- Assisting senior management with multiple requests that range from collating reports to making brews!
- Maintaining a tidy working environment
- Any ad hoc requests
This is a very varied role, and will give you a superb foundation for working in the logistics recruitment sector.
What Were Looking For
We welcome applications from people with different backgrounds and experiences. You dont need specific qualifications or previous experience if youre dependable and eager to get stuck in, youre halfway there.
You should be:
- A team player who communicates well
- Flexible and able to follow instructions
- Punctual, with a good work ethic
- Confident using a computer Microsoft Excel and Outlook (& other internal systems training to be provided where required)
- Polite but confident on the telephone, and have strong communication skills (both verbally and orally)
- Outgoing, and be able to work on your own, or as part of a highly charged team
- Able understand the importance of working to deadlines and being able to communicate to people when you may not get something finished in time
