Job Title: On-site Recruitment Consultant

Location: Wellingborough

Pay rate: £13.76 to £14.76 per hour

Working Hours: Sunday to Wednesday (12:00 - 22:00)

Experience: Previous experience working in Logistics recruitment is essential. Previous experience in Temporary Recruitment sector and High Volume Hiring is required.

Working as an On-site Recruitment Consultant

  • Deal with all aspects of Recruitment, from attraction to onboarding.
  • Manage interviews & assessments and proactively maintain a pool of available candidates.
  • Complete all compliance and referencing checks in line with company policy.
  • Remain aware of local area competition, fluctuations in pay rates, and changes to candidate activity.
  • Provide supply reports when required.

Working Hours Details

  • Sunday to Wednesday: 12:00 - 22:00
