Job Title: On-site Recruitment Consultant
Location: Wellingborough
Pay rate: £13.76 to £14.76 per hour
Working Hours: Sunday to Wednesday (12:00 - 22:00)
Experience: Previous experience working in Logistics recruitment is essential. Previous experience in Temporary Recruitment sector and High Volume Hiring is required.
Working as an On-site Recruitment Consultant
- Deal with all aspects of Recruitment, from attraction to onboarding.
- Manage interviews & assessments and proactively maintain a pool of available candidates.
- Complete all compliance and referencing checks in line with company policy.
- Remain aware of local area competition, fluctuations in pay rates, and changes to candidate activity.
- Provide supply reports when required.
