The Role
As a Recruitment Account Coordinator, you will report into the Senior Account Manager and your duties will include:
- Performing shift check-ins
- Monitoring workforce performance
- Entry of daily hours into internal reports & systems
- Creating daily staff plans and managing the availability pool
- Dealing with client and worker requests
- General data entry and management
- General office duties (photocopying, scanning etc.)
- Leading site tours and employee inductions
- Governance and compliance checks
No two days are the same, so we're looking for people who enjoy keeping busy and are happy to learn new skills. You should be great at building relationships with different types of people.
About You
Previous experience working in Customer Services or Recruitment is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided. We're looking for people who:
