About the Role
We are looking for Parcel Sortation Operatives to work in our clients Warehouse in Lutterworth. You don’t need previous experience – just the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and a team-player mindset.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sorting Parcels across both inbound and outbound departments
- Loading and unloading parcels
- Using hand scanners and other equipment (full training provided)
- Operating pump trucks and pulling cages
- Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and organised
- Working with your team to hit daily targets
You should be:
- Able to work on your feet and lift items (within safe manual handling limits)
- Comfortable in a warehouse environment
- A team player who communicates well
- Flexible and able to follow instructions
- Punctual, with a good work ethic
- Able to commit to full time shifts
- Able to travel to and from site for your shifts (the site is located in Magna Park in Lutterworth)
