Working Hours: 4 on 4 off - Day & Night Shifts (07:00 - 18:00 and 20:00 - 07:00) - working 5 out of 7 days (flexibility required). Full-time working only - due to requirements we are unable to accept Student applications.
Pay Rate: £12.71 to £13.40 p/h.
Contract Type: Temp to Perm (after 13 weeks).
Experience: None required, though MHE experience would be preferable.
About the Role: We are looking for Sortation and Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Lutterworth. You don’t need warehouse experience, just the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and a team-player mindset. This is a very sought after role, and we are specifically looking for people who can work full time - unfortunately, this does mean that we cannot accept applications from students.
IMPORTANT: You must be able to commit to full time shifts, travel to the site for your shifts and have a good grasp of the English language.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Sorting Parcels across both inbound and outbound departments.
- Loading and unloading parcels.
- Using hand scanners and other equipment (full training provided).
- Operating pump trucks and pulling cages.
- Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and organised.
- Working with your team to hit daily targets.
You should be:
- Able to work on your feet and lift items (within safe manual handling limits).
- Comfortable in a warehouse environment.
- A team player who communicates well.
- Flexible and able to follow instructions.
- Punctual, with a good work ethic.
- Able to commit to full time shifts.
- Able to travel to and from site for your shifts (please check the location).
