Handle and resolve customer complaints/inquiries via mail or phone in a timely and accurate manner Improve customer service functions to meet company goals Liaising with Account Managers Essential Skills & Experience: 3PL experience Previous experience within a customer service environment Intermediate with Microsoft Office Systems Confident using IT systems to input and extract data Experience of warehousing processes Effective communicator – written and oral Organised and able to work accurately Meeting deadlines set by the companyYou will be a UK resident and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift.
