This role would suit someone with previous warehouse management experience, and a full understanding of how the end to end supply chain works. Working as an Warehouse Supervisor: Resource and Process Management: Plan resource allocation according to volume and throughput, and manage the unloading and loading of deliveries to meet the Service Level Agreements. Communicate with internal and external customers to ensure they are kept up-to-date and informed on operational activities. Team Management: Brief and debrief team members and colleagues daily, coordinate team activities, delegate and prioritise work, and manage staff attendance, conduct, and performance in line with company policies and procedures.
