Nexus People are looking for a Team Manager in Corby to work with our client, who are a leading distribution and logistics supplier in the UK.

Working Hours: Full-time hours rotating shift (5 out of 7 days)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate and support warehouse colleagues across rotating AM and PM shifts
  • Maintain safety and compliance with site procedures
  • Monitor productivity, performance and operational KPIs
  • Manage absence, conduct, performance and training needs in line with policies
  • Resolve issues quickly, ensuring consistent operational flow and high service levels

About you:

You will have previous experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader within a warehouse environment, have strong communication and people management skills and good attention to detail (problem solving). You must be a UK resident and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift. We are unable to assist with VISA applications and cannot assist with relocation.
