The Role
Reporting ultimately to the People Manager, the overall purpose of the role is to assist in the provision of an effective and efficient People service.
To be considered for this role you must:
- Champion Wellbeing, Diversity and Inclusion, Social Value, Community, & engagement agendas
- Support managers with the use of the Oracle and Kronos systems
- Communicate effectively daily with internal and external customers
- Build and maintain relationships with colleagues from other departments
- Maintain department reports
- Support the hiring managers with onboarding for their teams and the induction process
- Support the management team with Investigation, Disciplinary & Absence Management cases
- Contribute towards the improvement of processes/methods of operating practices within the department
- Undertake such duties as may be reasonably required for the effective operation of the People function
- Maintain the highest level of data integrity
