Who We Are
Nexus Pro Systems Ltd manufactures and distributes innovative PROJOINT paving products to over 500 merchants across the UK. We’re looking for skilled Field Sales Representatives to join our team to help grow and develop our territory in North England and Scotland.
The Role
We need a Sales Manager with experience selling to merchants, ideally in the landscaping sector. Your role will mainly involve developing new client relationships whilst maintaining existing ones, supported by marketing-generated leads. You’ll also identify and approach new builder and landscape merchant clients in the North/Scotland. Full product training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Promote our products as a brand ambassador in the region.
- Develop new business within the given area.
- Follow up on leads to maximize conversions.
- Share insights and best practices with colleagues.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Manage sales documentation and quotations.
- Collaborate with internal teams for a seamless customer experience.
- Attend site visits when necessary.
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the building merchant industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with sales management software and CRM systems.
- Ability to deliver tailored customer presentations.
- Strong relationship-building and feedback-receptive skills.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
