Construction Contracts Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Contracts Manager to oversee and manage projects from quotation to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various customers & staff. This role is crucial in ensuring that contracts are executed efficiently while aligning with the company\’s strategic goals.

Duties

• Meet with new and existing clients to provide quotations for works
• Manage the lifecycle of contracts from initiation through execution and compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication.
• Drive project management initiatives to ensure timely delivery of contractual obligations.
• Oversee compliance with contractual terms and conditions, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
• Develop and implement strategies for risk management related to contracts.
• Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documentation.

Skills

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
• Strong project management capabilities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and other relevant software applications.
• Exceptional negotiation skills to achieve optimal outcomes in contract discussions.
• Ability to drive initiatives forward while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly.

Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
