At Nexus National Security, we’re not necessarily looking for someone with a background in security sales — in fact, sales experience is a bonus, not a requirement. What really matters is your personality, communication skills, and ability to build genuine relationships. This is a consultative role focused more on nurturing existing client accounts than on hard selling.

About the Role:

You’ll join a growing team that’s dedicated to supporting a wide range of clients with tailored security solutions. Your core responsibility will be managing and developing existing accounts, identifying opportunities to grow these relationships, and converting them into long-term partnerships. While some new business development will be part of the role, this role is predominantly about getting to know your clients, understanding their challenges, and offering the right solutions at the right time.

Expect a dynamic and varied week — from client site visits and calls to account planning and problem-solving. You’ll work closely with businesses across your region (either North or South UK), offering real-world security solutions to issues such as burglary, ram-raiding, and theft.

Key Requirements:

  • A good personality, able to talk to and work with anyone, and good banter is a must!
  • Strong customer service experience, used to working with and achieving success with a range of customers.
  • Learning is a must in this role. The security industry is an ever-evolving industry, as criminals evolve so does the industry as a whole to combat these changes.
  • Ability to self-motivate when working remotely after training.
  • Exceptional organisation. Managing your own diary and admin efficiently, will be essential to your success.
  • Driving License essential with no more than 6 penalty points.
