Join the Nexus team as an Intervention Lead at Lotus Academy. This is a full-time (term time only) permanent position, working 37 hours per week.

We are looking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic practitioner with the skills and knowledge to fulfil the Intervention Lead role. Candidates should have experience in special needs education and a passion for supporting the learning and development of children in our Academy. The position will appeal to experienced SEND practitioners or individuals with skills in engaging pupils in education or alternative learning experiences.
This role involves coordinating targeted interventions for pupils as part of the Graduated Response, analysing areas of need, and providing high-quality interventions to support progress. You will coordinate the intervention team and timetable staff for different interventions, supporting learners' personal and social development through a holistic approach.
