We are seeking to appoint an experienced, strategic and forward-thinking leader to join Nexus Multi Academy Trust as Head of Transformation. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving transformational change, organisational improvement and strategic delivery across the Trust. The successful candidate will lead Trust-wide initiatives that strengthen operational effectiveness, maximise value, support sustainable growth and deliver measurable impact for our schools and communities.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across the Trust, the postholder will provide strategic and operational leadership across a broad portfolio including organisational improvement, projects, procurement, contracts, assets and service development.
