Hours and Salary: 37 hours per week. NJC 06 – 11: £25,989 to £28,142 F.T.E. Pro rata salary: £22,490 to £24,353.

About our School: Bader Academy is a special school which opened in September 2020 and provides 100 places for children and young people, aged 5-16, who have an Education, Health and Care Plan with a primary diagnosis of Communication and Interaction Difficulties. We are seeking to appoint a classroom cover supervisor to support our students to “be kind, be safe, be ready”. Our ambition is that Bader is a centre of excellence for both the specialist provision and for promoting the latest inclusive practices across education. Role overview: The role will be supporting school‑wide, Year 1 to Year 11. You will be supporting learners within their classroom environment as well as their personal and social development during socialising periods through break and lunch times. The role may also involve supporting pupils who are accessing an alternate provision away from the school environment.
