Join the Nexus team as an Intervention Lead at Lotus Academy. This is a full-time (term time only) permanent position, working 37 hours per week.

We seek an experienced and enthusiastic practitioner for the Intervention Lead role, ideally with experience in special needs education and a passion for supporting children's learning and development. The role involves:
- Co-ordinating targeted interventions as part of the Graduated Response.
- Analysing areas of need for each pupil and providing high-quality interventions.
- Co-ordinating the intervention team and timetabling staff.
- Supporting learners' personal and social development through a holistic approach.
- Building strong trusting relationships with pupils and staff.
- Managing and coordinating a small team.
