Nexus Multi Academy Trust is seeking a Specialist Education Outreach Practitioner to deliver personalised learning for a pupil on an EOTAS package, either at home or in the wider community. You will work 1-1 under a Specialist Teacher, focusing on progression, engagement and confidence building to help the learner thrive.
You will play a key role in building trust with the learner and family, adapting activities to individual needs and supporting the pupil’s educational journey with dedication.
