Our Role
Working with cross‑functional project teams, you will own and deliver high‑quality web and app products to millions of users. You will help shape the business vision, mission and goals that drive growth, user retention and premium conversions across Nexus Mods.
Responsibilities
- Work with key stakeholders to deliver features that support commercial goals and help us achieve our vision of ‘Making Modding Easy’.
- Identify, qualify and prioritise user and business needs, translating them into a clear, concise and well‑organised roadmap, set of milestones and backlog of user stories.
- Design and execute experiments locally and globally to test product positioning, customer channels, and growth and revenue levers.
- Champion the product vision, collaborating with Engineers, Designers and Community Managers.
- Communicate business value effectively, involving teams in strategy and decision making.
- Work closely with project team leads to define requirements, quality criteria and support strategy delivery.
- Make data‑driven decisions using customer research, behavioural, product and commercial data.
- Progress ideas from discovery through to delivery.
- Identify processes for improvement, take ownership of enhancing them and spot opportunities to implement new ones.
- Collaborate with all Nexus Mods teams to shape the platform’s future.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in an Agile development environment.
- Experience creating test plans, executing experiments and making decisions based on test results.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer‑focused, data‑driven with a passion for solving customer problems.
- Good working knowledge of eCommerce.
- Comfortable learning new tools and technologies.
- Self‑organised, motivated and able to drive the RevOps product strategy.
Bonus Skills
- Experience in revenue, growth, acquisition and conversion product areas.
- Experience using GitHub for issue tracking.
- Understanding of games modding and knowledge of Nexus Mods.
- A love of computer games.
