We are currently focused on product modernisation, driving growth and building infrastructure for the next 10 years of community-powered modding.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to define and lead our end-to-end growth strategy across web and app experiences serving millions of users globally. You will embed within a full-stack product team while owning the overarching growth vision and roadmap across acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and premium conversion. You will set clear, measurable KPIs aligned to company-wide objectives and be accountable for delivering sustainable, data-led growth.
This role goes beyond execution. You will ensure we are solving the highest-impact problems for the right users, translating company vision into focused growth bets, and scaling what works through disciplined experimentation. You will combine strong product craft with commercial instinct to drive measurable business outcomes while improving scalability, visibility, and overall product quality.
This is a role for someone who owns outcomes, not output. You thrive in ambiguity, challenge assumptions, bring clarity to complexity, and move decisively from insight to impact.
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000
Location: Remote, but within the UK. Please note: We are unable to sponsor international visas at this time.
Responsibilities:
- Own and lead the end to end growth roadmap across revenue growth, acquisition, conversion and other areas, to drive measurable improvements in activation, engagement and retention.
- Identify and scale high impact growth levers across the product.
- Design and run rigorous experiments with relevant methods (from A/B testing to fake door tests etc) to validate hypotheses and inform strategy.
- Continuously optimise user journeys and feature adoption using behavioural and commercial data.
- Champion high quality product craft, from clear problem definition to polished execution.
- Translate complex user and business needs into focused roadmaps and well defined opportunities.
- Embed frictionless UX and strong activation mechanics into all growth initiatives.
- Partner cross functionally with project teams, including Engineers, Designers and Community Managers, to deliver impact.
- Communicate growth strategy, business value, and prioritisation trade-offs with clarity.
- Align stakeholders around clear KPIs and shared success metrics.
- Lead initiatives from discovery through to delivery and iteration.
- Improve processes to accelerate experimentation and decision making velocity.
Requirements:
- Significant experience as a Product Manager, with demonstrated ownership of growth or conversion initiatives.
- Strong understanding of growth frameworks.
- Proven experience running structured experimentation programmes and making data informed decisions.
- Deep understanding of acquisition channels, conversion funnels and impactful optimisations throughout a full user journey.
- Strong product craft, with the ability to balance user experience with commercial impact.
- Experience working in Agile environments with cross functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer obsessed and analytically rigorous.
- Solid understanding of eCommerce and subscription models.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in fast moving environments.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience leading growth in community, gaming or UGC platforms.
- Experience working on premium conversion and subscription optimisation.
- Understanding of games modding and the Nexus Mods ecosystem.
- Passion for gaming.
Benefits:
- We work a 4-day week of 32 hours, with no reduction in pay.
- An allowance of £25 each month to spend on video games (anything required for work is bought by the business!)
