A growing independent financial planning firm is looking for a motivated Wealth Administrator to join its close-knit team. This is an excellent opportunity for an administrator who wants to start and build a long-term career within wealth management and financial planning. The business offers genuine career progression, with the successful individual being developed over time into a Paraplanner and ultimately a Financial Adviser. You’ll gain hands-on exposure across the full financial planning process while working closely with experienced financial advisers in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting advisers with client administration and advice implementation
- Preparing client documentation and annual review packs
- Managing and maintaining accurate client records
- Liaising with providers to obtain valuations and illustrations
- Handling client and provider queries via phone and email
- Processing fund switches, withdrawals, and client updates
- Supporting compliance and back-office administration
- Assisting with general office and operational duties
Requirements:
