The Role
- Leading and overseeing the workload of Development Scientists
- Developing and validating analytical methods to client and regulatory standards
- Preparing study protocols, technical reports, and work instructions
- Supporting sampling and testing plans to meet study requirements
- Acting as the analytical SME during client interactions and project updates
- Ensuring full regulatory compliance and adherence to the Quality Management System
- Mentoring and supporting team members through performance reviews and development planning
About You
- A degree in Chemistry or a related life science
- 5+ years’ experience in a regulated analytical laboratory
- Proven expertise in method development
- Previous team leadership experience
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- GxP experience
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in HPLC, GC, MS, and Chromatography Data Systems (CDS)
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
