Are you looking to take the next step in your Quality career within a growing, fast‑paced GMP manufacturing environment? We’re supporting a leading organisation that is expanding its Quality team and now seeking a Quality Officer to join them. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in QA, QC, or manufacturing support who wants to broaden their exposure across documentation, batch records, environmental monitoring, investigations and wider operational quality activities.
The Role
- Producing quality documentation such as works orders, specifications, bills of materials and batch documentation
- Testing and sampling components and raw materials, and managing retention samples
- Conducting environmental monitoring in line with schedules and procedures
- Maintaining administrative Quality reports and documents, including document issue, retention and archiving
- Updating and maintaining records within the eQMS
- Providing Quality support across manufacturing, packaging, warehouse and other operational areas
- Assisting with deviations, CAPAs, change controls and liaising with customers/suppliers on investigations and projects
- Supporting artwork management and participating in inspection readiness and internal audits
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a GMP, pharmaceutical, medical device or regulated manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to Quality
- Confidence working with documentation, batch records or quality systems
- A team player who enjoys working cross‑functionally with operations, warehouse and QA
