Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a role where you can genuinely influence people, processes, and culture? We're looking for a proactive HR Advisor to join our growing team and provide high‐quality HR support across three sites in the North West. This is a hands‐on generalist role where you'll be the first point of contact for employees and managers, supporting everything from recruitment and on-boarding to employee relations, training, and policy guidance.

What you'll be doing:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all HR queries (in person, email, and phone)
  • Providing clear, compliant HR advice to managers and employees
  • Supporting a wide range of employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance
  • Managing end‐to‐end recruitment: requisitions, job descriptions, advertising, agency liaison, screening, interviewing, and feedback
  • Issuing contracts and new starter documentation accurately and on time
  • Overseeing on-boarding, including medical checks, references, right‐to‐work, and induction
  • Managing HR systems (VinciWorks, Verifile, Optima Health) and reporting monthly to the HR Manager
  • Supporting managers through probation reviews at key milestones
