A leading bioanalytical laboratory is looking for an LCMS Scientist to contribute to developing assays in our Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (LCMS) laboratory to support regulatory bioanalytical studies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop LCMSMS bioanalytical assays to support client drug development.
  • Conduct pre-validation assessments and ensure smooth method transitions into validation phases.
  • Communicate project updates and scientific matters with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Author and review Analytical Laboratory Methods (ALMs).
  • Troubleshoot analytical methods and contribute to investigations and innovation.
  • Participate in scientific discussions and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in a scientific field or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years in an analytical laboratory (CRO experience preferred).
  • 1+ year of LCMS assay development in a regulated lab setting.
  • Strong scientific, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively.
