A leading bioanalytical laboratory is looking for an LCMS Scientist to contribute to developing assays in our Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (LCMS) laboratory to support regulatory bioanalytical studies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop LCMSMS bioanalytical assays to support client drug development.
- Conduct pre-validation assessments and ensure smooth method transitions into validation phases.
- Communicate project updates and scientific matters with internal and external stakeholders.
- Author and review Analytical Laboratory Methods (ALMs).
- Troubleshoot analytical methods and contribute to investigations and innovation.
- Participate in scientific discussions and knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications:
- Degree in a scientific field or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years in an analytical laboratory (CRO experience preferred).
- 1+ year of LCMS assay development in a regulated lab setting.
- Strong scientific, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively.
