- Develop and transfer ligand binding assays with support from trained staff.

- Troubleshoot and resolve assay-related technical challenges.
- Draft and review Analytical Laboratory Methods (ALMs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements during assay development.
Qualifications
- Degree in a relevant scientific field.
- 2+ years of analytical lab experience, preferably in a Clinical Research Organization.
- 1+ year of experience in ligand binding assay development.
- Strong scientific problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
- Proven ability to explain complex concepts to clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Effective task prioritization and multi-responsibility management.
- Proactive, independent, and reliable work ethic.
