Job Opportunity: Senior Analytical Scientist

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (40 hours/week, 8-hour days with 30-minute breaks).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the workload of Development Scientists.
  • Develop and validate analytical methods per client and regulatory standards.
  • Create study protocols, reports, and work instructions.
  • Support sampling and testing plans to meet study needs.
  • Serve as an analytical subject matter expert in client interactions and provide project updates.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to quality management systems.
  • Mentor team members through performance reviews and development planning.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Chemistry or related life science.
  • 5+ years in a regulated analytical lab with expertise in method development.
  • Team leadership experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HPLC, GC, MS, and Chromatography Data Systems (CDS).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • GxP experience.
