You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting. Manage the finance team of 3personnelComplete financial accounting and forecastingDeliver reports and metrics to leadership
Duties include: Preparation of budgets, forecasts and cash flowsCarry out financial modelling and scenario modelling to aid key decision makingMaintenance of financial ledgers and accounting processes of 2 group companies in the UKPreparation of monthly consolidated P&L and Balance Sheet management accountsMaintaining fixed asset registerManage the Purchase Order (PO) procedureManaging bank transactions and bank reconciliationTimely production of statutory and internal financial reportsCash management and treasury dutiesOverseeing of the Payroll process in UK, Australia and LuxembourgOversight of company tax and VAT returnsManagement of audit processOther ad-hoc financial tasks as requiredSkills and ExperienceThis client is seeking to appoint an experienced and independent individual with the following skills and experience: Managerial FinanceFinancial control and management reportingExperience in accounting of company merge and company acquisitionExperience of managing a small accounting teamExperience using SUN system accounting or ability to learnAbility to manipulate data to provide accurate reportingA confident self-starter, with the ability to operate flexibly in a dynamic environmentGood judgement with logical decision making, and a hands-on approachDetail-oriented xohmjla and analyticalSpeak business level EnglishHave worked in SME in high level Financial capacityQualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field 5
- 7 years of relevant experienceQualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent)Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Although the role will be remote – the Client has offices in Bishops Stortford – so they would prefer a candidate to be based in London or at least be able to attend regular meetings with colleagues. Salary for this role will be in the range 55K
