Overview
In this Senior Project Manager role, you will lead capital markets initiatives and manage data platform implementations to deliver strategic business outcomes. You will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, balancing expectations while proactively mitigating risks. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for capital markets initiatives
- Develop project charters and SRS documents
- Manage resources, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Identify critical paths and ensure timely milestones
- Elicit requirements from business lines and stakeholders
- Operate within Agile/Scrum and Waterfall frameworks, potentially as Scrum Master
- Communicate with senior business heads and manage expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams
- Determine project scope and write governance artifacts
- Utilize Microsoft Project for planning and tracking
Key requirements
- 5 to 7 years of senior-level project management experience
- Capital markets domain experience
- Data platform/solution implementation experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills with senior business heads
- Ability to diplomatically say no when required
- Organized and proactive in risk anticipation
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience writing project charters and business requirements specifications
- Ability to identify critical path
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project
