Responsibilities
- Provide strategic financial leadership and reporting to the CFO
- Oversee financial controls, compliance, and reporting across European entities
- Support and coordinate with acquisitions integration and European expansion
- Manage finance operations between London and Frankfurt, including travel as needed
- Drive stakeholder communication with cross-border teams and leadership
- Ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning
Key requirements
- 5+ years in a Finance Director role
- At least 10 years of experience in the commercial world
- Formal accounting qualifications (ACCA or ACMA)
- Experience with European operations; German-English communication a plus
- Knowledge of or exposure to the automotive parts industry is desirable
- Ability to travel between London and Frankfurt as required
