Our Client is a growing young company with circa 120 people, looking to recruit a Finance Director with 4 people reporting to the position. Ideally, the Client would like to consider a candidate in their mid 30's with experience of steering a start-up and taking the company to the next level.

You will be formally qualified as an Accountant with an ACCA or FCCA coupled with at least 10 years corporate experience.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Director. The Financial Director will be responsible for financial planning, preparing financial statements, utilizing analytical skills, overseeing finance operations, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The role is based in London with some flexibility for remote work.

You will be responsible for:

  • Management Accounts
  • Auditing
  • Forecasting and Planning

Qualifications:

  • Financial Planning and Financial Statements skills
  • Analytical Skills and Finance expertise
  • Experience in Financial Reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting with an FCCA or ACCA
  • Professional certification such as CPA or CFA is a plus

The salary for the position will be in the range of £100,000 to £120,000 + Equity.
