You will have at least 3 years experience of working in a financial or banking environment as a Compliance Assistant or Compliance Officer. The position will report to the Head of Risk and Compliance at the Bank. A strong understanding of the UK regulations/rulebooks specifically the PRA, CRD and the FCA Conduct requirements and the ability to interpret regulations within a BankKnowledge of country and industry specifics in bankingAn ability to work proactively, taking initiative with an ability to work both independently and as part of a teamHave strong communication (both written and verbal), reasoning and influencing skillsExperience of undertaking compliance monitoring reviews and producing compliance monitoring reports to document compliance with internal and external regulations/processAny certification in AML or Compliance would be off added advantageThe salary for this position is 40K - 50K plus Benefits.
