Requirements

  • We require at least 2 years of HRIS Workday experience.
  • We require proven experience working with the Workday system and defining system processes.
  • We require excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with and manage stakeholders across different time zones.
  • Knowledge of the Workday Compensation or Benefits module would be useful.
  • Knowledge of Cornerstones Learning and Recruitment module would be useful.

Responsibilities

  • We will ensure and maintain the integrity of our HR systems, including Workday, Cornerstone, HR Portal, and Avature.
  • We will provide day-to-day support to the HR team by creating and maintaining supervisory and cost centre hierarchies, reassigning unassigned tasks, reviewing role assignments, creating user accounts, and setting up delegations.
  • We will assist in troubleshooting issues and testing existing processes to determine root causes.
  • We will support the HR Ops team in using system-based business processes.
  • We will create ad hoc reports, run reports, schedule reports, and create dashboards.
  • We will review integration failures related to hires, job requisitions, and similar processes.
  • We will carry out data validation and data clean-up, including creating reports, analysing data, and uploading data.
  • We will create and maintain information systems documentation and training materials.
  • We will test new features and processes and support ad hoc HR projects.
