This is a full-time hybrid role for an Enterprise Data Architect based in London, with flexibility for some remote work. The Enterprise Data Architect will design and implement effective and scalable data architectures, ensure robust data governance, and develop efficient data models. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive data strategy and manage Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes will be key. The role also includes managing the organization's data warehousing solutions and driving best practices for data management.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Data Governance, with a strong understanding of policies, processes, and compliance frameworks.
- Expertise in Data Architecture and Data Modeling, with experience in defining and implementing scalable solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) tools and practices for data integration and processing.
- Comprehensive understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams and communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications in data architecture are an advantage.
As the enterprise data architect, you will own the programme pipeline for developing our data architecture strategy, including translation of our goals and objectives into enriched data dashboards. You will define and direct London's target data architecture (including shared data environments, data model and standards) in support of our business strategy, ensuring that data is accurate, secure and accessible to meet the needs of senior executives and department heads.
