Opportunity for a Multiskilled Maintenance Operative to cover the North West (Primarily Greater Manchester). You will be required to maintain a high standard of repair across the clients portfolio of lived in Care facilities. 6 months initial with ongoing opportunities for the right Candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Joinery: Repairing furniture, hanging doors, fixing kitchen cabinetry, and installing skirting/architraves.
  • Plumbing: General reactive maintenance including fixing leaks, unblocking sinks/toilets, and replacing taps or showerheads.
  • Painting & Decorating: High-quality patching, filling, and full room repaints—particularly during turnover periods.
  • General Maintenance: Minor tiling, mastic/silicone replacement, and light bulb/fuse changes.
