Main duties of the job What we offer 1 protected CPD session weekly for GPs working 6/7 sessions Regular educational events in a supportive training environment Minimal home visits with an established paramedic visiting team Total triage model to keep duty doctor workload manageable Well-established GP training practice Large, well-established MDTincluding a wide range of healthcare professionals Dedicated mentorship for newly qualified GPs Capped admin workloadand GP Assistant supportto support worklife balance Main Duties Clinical session consists of 16 appointments with 3 personal follow up slots, a mix of face to face and telephone consultations with 1 hour admin time Share of duty sessions Share of clinical admin and prescriptions (capped) Weekly formal team meetings to discuss clinical cases, learning events and organisational developments About us Nexus was formed in 2016 with the merging of established local practices in Southwark.
