Lettings Property Manager – Nottingham – up to £30k plus commission / incentives
**YOU MUST HAVE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE***
My client is a leading, independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established for many years. They are currently looking for an experienced Property Manager with experience within Lettings Property Management andhave a good understanding of lettings legislation, you will need the ability to deal with high pressure situations. This role will required someone with Lettings Property Management experience.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Dealing with Landlords and Tenants
- Organising and staying on top of your own workload
- Building and maintaining relationships with contractors
- Understanding Lettings Law and being confident in your ability to answer correctly to landlords and tenants.
- Understanding the severity of Lettings Legislation
- Giving a top-quality service and pushing clients for testimonials on Google
- Making sure rental properties are being kept to a habitable standard following HHSRS
- Understanding the importance of compliance
- Striving to hit company targets and help to grow the business
- Inputting data into Microsoft Excel to enable us to keep up to date with daily figures
- Ensuring we are on top of rent arrears
- Assisting in the serving of Section Notices
- Providing good service with a positive attitude
Key Skills Required for the Lettings Property Management Role:
- Previous Property Management experience is essential
- You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
- You will be accurate, organised, numerate and technology savvy
- Team player with the ability to work under pressure
- Full and clean UK driving licence
- Well presented
- Strong attention to detail
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm with 1 in 4 Saturdays on a rota basis 9am until 2pm
28 days holiday including bank holidays
ARLA qualification offered after a satisfactory 3 – 6 months probation
Ongoing training in house and external
