Lettings Negotiator – Coventry – Salary Negotiable dependent on experience
My client is a leading Lettings and Estate Agency brand with a solid reputation built up over many years. They are looking for a Lettings Negotiator who will be dealing with front end duties including enquiries from landlords and tenants, booking and carrying out viewings, tying up offers, dealing with applications, carrying out valuations. A modern and proactive brand who believe in providing their staff with a great work environment.
Lettings Negotiator Main Duties:
- Arranging viewings and converting enquiries into appointments
- Qualifying and managing a database of new and existing applicants
- Booking and attending viewings and valuations
- Carrying out regular Landlord updates
- Negotiating offers
- Processing applications
- Dealing with customer enquiries
Key Skills required:
- Lettings Experience essential
