Lettings Administrator / Coordinator – Birmingham City Centre – £28k basic (£30k OTE) OFFICE BASED
My client is a leading independent, Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have built up a successful business over the last few years. They have experienced fantastic growth in their Lettings department and as such are looking for an experienced Lettings Administrator to join their busy team. The ideal candidate will have lettings experience alongside very strong administration skills. You will need to be highly organised with a high attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Liaising with landlord clients to confirm the details of marketing for each property
- Advertising each property
- Overseeing the administration, applications and referencing of each tenant and guarantor
- Arranging the drawing up and signing of all tenancy agreements
- Dealing with tenancy renewals
- Arranging the move ins at all properties
Key Skills / Requirements
- Previous Lettings Administration experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT knowledge
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
Working hours – Monday to Friday 8.45 – 5.30pm and one in three Saturdays 9.30 – 4.30
